o Built by King Nebuchadnezzar for his wife
o Finished in 562 BC
o They don’t exist today
o Was situated in Iraq
Number 3: The Statue of Zeus at Olympia
o Made from ivory and gold
o Zeus was a Greek god
o The statue’s head was 13 meters high
o Was situated in Greece
Number 4: The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus
o Made of marble
o Was destroyed and rebuilt
o Only one column remains today
o Is situated in Turkey
Number 5: The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus
o A tomb made of marble
o Built by Artemisia for her dead husband
o Some statues from the tomb are in the British Museum today
o Is situated in Turkey

o Took 12 years to finish
o 35 meters high
o Destroyed by an earthquake
o Rhodes is an island near Greece
